Biography
In my retirement I have joined the Sudbury Community Foundation board of directors and continue learning from and working with older adults.
I continue to do research with a Health Unit partner . I started a sole proprietorship business in 2024 called Heather's ProHealth Coaching.
Heather's ProHealth Coaching offers personalized health guidance and support for adults aged 55 and older, as well as family members seeking assistance for their loved ones. Through flexible in-person or virtual sessions, I provide confidential consultations tailored to individual health needs. By prioritizing health literacy and empowerment, I aim to enhance overall well-being and foster informed decision-making among my clients.
