Laurentian University MasterCard® Credit Card

The Alumni Association is pleased to reintroduce the MBNA MasterCard program.  The program has been renewed to offer a credit card program once again to our alumni. More...

Have you taken the environmental or geoscience route?  Have you returned for more education? And especially, has the ENES program met the needs of your career?

An Environmental Earth Science program review is underway and we need your input.  To help the program coordinators evaluate and enhance the program, please fill out the five-minute survey here.

SPAD Sport Memorabilia Auction
All Laurentian alumni are invited to participate in an on-line "Silent Auction" and bid on items that were generously donated to the SPAD Alumni Chapter.  For a complete list of items and to participate, click here.

Margaret Atwood Dinner this Fall
Renowned Canadian author Margaret Atwood will be the guest at a special Birthday Dinner held in her honour Thursday November 13, 2008. The evening will celebrate her enormous contribution to Canadian literature and culture, and also raise funds for the new Indigenous Sharing and Learning Centre at LU.  More details to come this Fall.


New doctorate programme at Laurentian
The Laurentian University PhD in Human Studies made its inaugural debut in January 2007. This interdisciplinary programme is comprised of a dynamic faculty spanning numerous areas of expertise. As of September 2008, approximately 40 students will have undertaken their studies in either the French or English component of this programme.
